Future standards roadmap

In the Data Saves Lives strategy we committed to producing a future standards roadmap, designed to support anyone with an interest in care record and interoperability standards in England. It will:

• provide a system-wide overview of standards that are either proposed, in development or are changes to existing standards, including any estimated timescales, if known
• support collaboration and provide opportunity to engage with the standards developer to identify any synergies to reduce duplication and burden
• enable the health and adult social care organisations and suppliers to plan the implementation of standards.
