Spark Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for remote monitoring

Remote monitoring, supported by local expertise, will allow citizens to receive safe, convenient and compassionate COVID care, or care for a long term condition, outside of traditional clinical settings. The Spark Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) offers the NHS and social care organisations a fast, easy and secure way to access the technologies and services needed to provide more care to citizens, closer to, or within their own home.

The Spark DPS streamlines the procurement process. It enables buyers such as commissioners within NHS England, social care organisations, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Primary Care Networks, NHS Trusts and NHS Special Health Authorities to complete the procurement process easily and quickly.

Spark DPS is intended as a helpful route to market for a collection of technologies that support remote monitoring. There are other remote monitoring technologies which NHS organisations are using regionally and can continue to use, that have been procured through other routes. Other frameworks such as HSSF and G-Cloud 11 might also have suitable products.
