How to make a Freedom of Information request

NHSX is now part of the NHS Transformation Directorate. 

All requests for information should be directed to NHS England in the first instance.

If your request needs information from the Department of Health and Social Care we will forward on your request. This will not impact the Freedom of Information timeframe.

NHS COVID-19 App
